In addition to the standard Google Analytics service, we have also enabled Google Analytics Advertising Features. This enables Google Analytics to set advertising cookies to collect certain information about visitors to our website, including age, gender, and interests. Information collected is made available to us in aggregate form in the Demographics and Interest Reports in Google Analytics. These reports do not contain personally identifiable information. We use this data in order to better understand our visitors and to improve our website as well as our products and services. Personal Information we collect
You may freely visit our website without providing personal information. We request a limited amount of personal information only from those visitors who choose to interact with us by, for example, purchasing or requesting a product or service, emailing us a question, or leaving a comment. Information we collect may include, without limitation, your name, email address and telephone number. The purpose of collecting this information is to fulfill your request for a product or service, to improve the quality of our services, and to be able to contact you. We may retain the content of email correspondence as well as your email address.
We will not send you unsolicited emails unless you have subscribed to our newsletter service. We do not sell, rent, or share any of your personal information with any third party. We do not disclose personal information unless required to do so by law.
We welcome feedback from our clients and we keep all such communications confidential by default. At times we may post testimonials from our clients along with personal information such as name and professional affiliation. This is only done with their prior written consent. If you provide us with a testimonial and subsequently wish to have it removed for any reason, you may request this action by contacting us in writing and we will fulfill your request promptly.
